We will refund tickets up until the day of the show.
Please contact the appropriate event manager/promoter (listed as part of all event descriptions) to request / discuss a refund (minus order processing fees).
Canceled or Postponed Events
In either case, we'll alert you ASAP. If your event is canceled, in most cases you won't need to do anything: we'll refund the amount you paid for your tickets (minus order processing fees) using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed or moved, we'll contact you with the new date and time or new location.
You need only bring ID to verify your purchase. If you choose to print out your ticket and have damaged or destroyed a printed ticket, just print it again from the link in your confirmation email.
